Evaluating PRPF4B Protein and mRNA Levels after CRISPR-Cas9 Mediated Heterozygous Knockout in Human iPSCs
This project looks at human stem cells (induced pluripotent stem cells) and how they respond when one of the PRPF4B alleles are made non-functional using CRISPR Cas-9. The goal is to see if removing one copy of the gene impacts PRPF4B protein levels.
