Problem
Educating people on Indigneous culture and the hollistic philosophy of health and healing.
Method
My method was to colect imfomation on the plants useing Google
Research
My research project introduces Indigenous use of plants and nature. Through my research I have discovered the many uses of plants and nature in Indigneous culture, specifically in mHollistic Wellness. I share my research on plants including Sage, Cedar, Sweet Grass, Tobaco, and the 3 Sisters and how they used as traditional medicine as part of the Indigneous' hollistic philosophy of health and healing.
Data
My research lead me towarods learning about the plants Sage,Ceader,Sweetgrass,Tabaco and the 3 sister.
Conclusion
For many Aboriginal people (First Nations, Inuit and Metis), traditional medicine is part of a holistic philosophy of health and healing that is underpinned by a belief in the connectivity between emotional, spiritual, physical and mental well-being.
