Many plants still need manual monitoring water system. sometimes there could be too much water that can go into the plant which can cause water wastage and it could damage the plant.

We are using a home-made automated system made from a plastic bottle and Q-tips. Material we used are plastic bottle which transfer water to Q - tips and then it takes slowly to the plant.

Analysis of home made automated water system is : The bottle is filled with water and we made a small hole on the bottle . The q tips is inserted in the hole . Finally water slowly comes out through the Qtips.The system works because water moves slowly through the small space inside the Q-tip. This controls the flow of water.

The bottle and Q- tips system is a simple and low cost water system. It allows water to flow slowly without using electricity .This method allows u to save our time and reduces manual work .
