If practice is done a certain amount of time (depending on the person and the amount of time the practice,) then, they will know it/it will become easier and more efficient because your brain stores memory of what you did/it is getting used to it.it affect
Muscle memory is a form of memory that involves consolidating a task into memory through repetition, that people use a lot in (similarly) motor learning. When you practice to do so something for a lot of time, a long-term muscle memory is created for that task, eventually allowing you to do it and not even noticing it. This process lessens the need for attention and makes alot of efficiency within the motor and memory systems.

Step by step process of experiment:
We will first do a video that will contain :a day one to day 4 we will get a chart to show the times and all the other information
the time it took me to solve was 1min 26 seconds
the time it took me to solve was 1min 46 seconds
the time it took me to solve was 54 seconds
the time it took me to solve was 1min 11 seconds
Julian alternetivly got slower and faster times and most ly getting faster
Over time, with muscle memory, Julian had gotten better and faster at solving the rubik's cube.
We included 4 videos, and a Word document.
Sources Of Error
thing whent wrong becuse of the lack of practice i had and the amont of time i did practiceso we did not get a clear reading and our lack of days
