i hypothesis that the slowest shot will be the best

we have researched that a slow shot will be better than a fast and meduim paced shot

i changed the ball to a mens ball

i will shoot once fast once then i will shot slowly then i will shot at a meduim pace

i observed that my form was kind of not good so decided to try again because a good shot requires a good form

i anylayzed that the meduim shot was the best and fast and slow were not good at all

i conclude that the meduim shot was the best and my hypothisis was wrong

people would benifit from my reasearch because they would know the optimal speed for a shot
