Hypothesis
Abdurrahman and I feel that the meditation exercise will help the most with efficient sleeping because we feel that it will help relax the brain and basically turn it off to make it easier.
Research
According to most trustable sites which were used using the Wikipedia trick, we have concluded that meditation will help the most as it stops making the mind push through and struggle. Another cause could be how quiet it gets, which helps with sleep and slows your mind. Some other websites like Aaptiv suggest burpees are like a soothing bath, cardio could also might be recommended.
Variables
What is changing is the exercises, what is not changing is how long we have blue light, our sleep schedule. And lastly, our diet stays the same. If we follow and keep all of these things the same for each testing day, we hope that the most accurate results will be presented.
Procedure
Me and Abdurrahman will do all 3 of the exercises for 15 minutes each, after that, our guardians/ parents will come in our room and close the light. After when we lie in bed every 1 minute our parent will say our name, if we respond with even a slight voice. It means we are awake. This procedure will be repeated 2 times for the most accurate results.
Observations
After testing all exercises, we have found that for Ibrahim meditation took 3 minutes to sleep, burpees took 6 minutes to sleep, and jumping jacks took 8 as your hear rate becomes high. For Abdurrahman, meditation took 4 minutes to sleep, burpees took 7 minutes to sleep, and jumping jacks took 9 minutes to sleep.
Analysis
After the experiments, we have found that for Ibrahim meditation took 3 minutes to sleep, burpees took 6 minutes to sleep, and jumping jacks took 8 as your hear rate becomes high. For Abdurrahman, meditation took 4 minutes to sleep, burpees took 7 minutes to sleep, and jumping jacks took 9 minutes to sleep. This proves that meditation is most efficient and sleeping times are different for humans but we still see that the exercise times are the same.
Conclusion
After the final observation and exercises being tested. For Ibrahim, meditation took 3 minutes to sleep, and burpees took 6 minutes to sleep, and jumping jacks took 8 minute to sleep. On the other hand, meditation for Abdurrahman took 4 minutes to sleep, burpees took 7 minutes to sleep, and jumping jacks took 9 minutes to sleep. On the second time for testing, it was almost the same except that for Ibrahim meditation took 4 minutes. So everything is almost the same!
Application
Abdurrahman and I will be testing different exercises for a more efficient method of sleeping to do. We will use my mother Akbar Asifa to help us test, she will help determine the time rate of each sleeping exercise.
Sources Of Error
Abdurrahman and I are trying our best for the least amount of errors, but if there were to be. It could most likely be about interruptions during the exercise being performed or any mistakes of procedure during the test.
