Vision Through Sound

I will make glasses for the blind that allows them to see through sound which means when they are about to walk into something it beeps to warn them.

Problem

I'm trying to develop a glasses made for the blind so that they don't collide into objects, it will beep when they are about collide into a object.

Method

  1. First I took the safety glasses and I taped a 9 volt lithium battery to the side of the glasses.
  2. Then, I taped the Arduino uno to the opposite side of the glasses.
  3. I used jumper wires, connected it and then coded the Arduino uno.
  4. Finally I used jumper wires again and connected them to the Ultrasonic sensor and taped it on.

Analysis

The information below tells me that at 5 inches, it beeps.

This table shows the: * Length * Beeping strength

These are the lengths of when the beeping starts. I took five readings for each of the lengths.

These readings and my experience tell me that at 15 inches it starts beeping and at 5 inches it's the highest strength of beeping. Image

Conclusion

In conclusion, it turns out that all of my hypotheses were  true and I could code an Arduino Uno for the first time in  My life and that blind people can use the glasses instead of sticks and finally, my project will help the blind people.

Also for the Future Consideration I will also try hard to make my future considerations true.
