Daylight V.S Us

The project I did will help people how they sleep and how daylight affects them during the day. They will know how there day goes and if having more sunlight is better to have during the day or having less sunlight is better for your sleeping.

Hypothesis

Hypothesis (Scientific Guess)

In my opinion I feel like if there is more daylight than you will sleep late. I think that because when you wake up the sunlight just goes to your face and makes your body wake up. I think that if there is less daylight than you would sleep way more early than having more light. I think that because if there was not much sunlight than your body will not feel like you woke up and you will take lots of naps. Now I will be doing the experiment to see the results.

I have done some research and I have seen that if there is a lot of sunlight you will sleep earlier, so during the day you will get sleepy and the next day you will wake up early. Also if there is less sunlight in the morning than you will wake up a little late and you will not take any naps. So now let's do the experiment to see the real results.

For my experiment I had two different people and I did the expereiment differnet days. Both of there variables were differernt. But during the day the person energy would go differnet .As a result my hypthesis and my experiment were different.

1. Find two people or more
2. In the morning when they wake up see how much sunlight there is and see how it will affect them at the end of the day
3. During the middle of the day check how sleepy they feel and if they take a nap
4. When they go to bed see the time they sleep v.s the second persons time
5. Lastly check if is easy to sleep for them or not

1st Experiment: I got the first person and I did not tell them that I am doing a experiment with them so they do not sleep fast or early purposely. The day I did the first person’s experiment it was a very sunny day. The time they woke up was around 10:30 am. When they woke up they looked like they were fresh. At 2:00 pm she looked very sleepy and she took a nap. After one and a half hour she woke up and like seven hours after she fell asleep. The time she slept was 9:30 pm. The next day she woke up early at 8:00 am and that is not her usual time. As you see if there is a lot of sunlight in the morning you will take a nap anytime in the day and you will wake up early.

2nd Experiment: I got the second person and I did there experiment when there was not much of sunlight. There was not that much sunlight so she slept for a long time until 10:45 am or usually she sleeps until 9:00 am. She felt very fresh, more fresher than the first person. Three hours happen she looked so fresh and she took no naps. For her the day was so good, way more perfect than the first person. She slept late, the time was 11:00 pm and woke up at 10:30 am. In my opinion I feel like having less sunlight will make your day very good, better than having so much sunlight.

If there is lots of sunlight during the day your day will go bad this is my experiment the results for lots of sunlight was 65% out of 100%. For the second experiment which was that there was less sunlight, the results were 94% out of 100%. As you see if there is less sunlight it is very good for you and having a great day.

To sum it all up, I figured out that my hypotheses and my experiment were different. As you have seen the best thing to do is cover your windows to sleep until how long you want for a good day. It is very important for you to choose how your day goes during the day.

Application

The use of my reasearch is that it tells you that if you really want to wake up early and sleep early that you have to keep your windows open. Also if there is less sunlight than you will wake up late and sleep late so you have to cover the windoes and things. This is how you can use the research I have done in your lives.
