How complex is the Heart?

I started researching the heart, heart diseases and how to have a heart healthy diet. Then I started to write down all the information I had found and wrote it down on a Google doc. After that I printed out everything I wrote, glued it to colorful back ground, and stuck it to my trifold. Then I made a blood pumping model, and a cardboard human with a clay heart! Soon after I put a heart and fake blood vessels on my trifold, and made a mini trivia!

I started researching what the heart does for the body, and how it works. After I discovered that there is a wide range of bad and healthy foods for the heart. Then I took a deep dive into Heart facts and found a ton of cool ones like Men and Woman have different heart attack symtoms or that Other than the Cornea, every cell in the human body gets blood from the heart. Last but not least I took a look into what the heart is made of!

My data is that the heart is a fist sized organ that pumps blood throughout your body.Its your circlulatory systems main organ. Muscle and tissue make up this power house organ. Your Heart contains four muscular chambers that briefly hold blood before moving it, and that the heart is made if Cardiomyocytes and connective tissue and that Cardiomyocytes are individuel cells that make up the cardiac muscle.But you cant forget about the many check lists like "How to strengthen your heart", "Best foods for the heart", "Worst food for the heart", and what are the symtoms of and "unheathy heart?". Or the Heart facts like A Newborn baby has the fastest heart beats, your heart pumps 2,000 gallons of blood every day, Heart attacks happen most often on monday mornings, No one knows for sure why the heart is associated with love, Men and woman have different heart attack symtoms,an adult heart beats about 60 to 80 times per minute, the average heart beat of a womans is about 8 beats faster than a mans heart beat, other than the cornea every cell in the human body gets blood from the heart, the right side of your heart pumps blood into your lungs, etc!

In conclusion I discover that the heart is on the podium of most complex organs in the human body and that the deadliest and easiest to catch heart diseases are Ischemic heart disease and coronary heart disease!
