Research

“It’s not how long we’re using screens that really matters; it’s how we’re using them and what’s happening in our brains in response,” says Rich, director of the Center on Media and Child Health at Boston Children’s Hospital, associate professor of pediatrics at HMS, and associate professor of social and behavioral sciences at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Looking down at an electronic gadget for long periods can lead to neck and back pain, as well as pains in elbows, wrists, and hands. In addition, laptop and smartphone usage can involve people sitting in positions consistent with poor ergonomic function and poor ergonomic positioning-https://usa.kaspersky.com/resource-center/preemptive-safety/impacts-of-technology-on-health

echnology affects the way individuals communicate, learn, and think. It helps society and determines how people interact with each other on a daily basis. Technology plays an important role in society today. It has positive and negative effects on the world and it impacts daily lives. We are living in an era where technological advances are common. The internet and cell phones are some examples. However, with technological advances, there’s a downside to it all. - https://www.bctv.org/2019/11/07/technological-influence-on-society/

Data

Lots of other websites said similar things, they talked about how using electronics affects us in many ways, negatively and positively.

its the way most people communicate and its something were constantly using.

it helps us with faster communication, studies, and work.

but it also worsens our eyesight and can affect our mental health negatively. when using electronics you don't pay attention to your posture and you end up with sore body parts. it also makes far more tired then reading a book, drawing, or other hobbies would.

Conclusion

From all my data and research i can say that the constant use of electronics affects our eyesight, mental health, and how tired we are.

Reducing your screen time or your kids screen time will affect you in different ways depending on how you use electronics.

Using screens constantly can cause a sore neck and sore back, arm, and even hurt your eyes.
